August 30th, 2011 A white tomato that we grew in a wash tub between our house and the neighbour’s. The seedling was from Almerinda and was simply labled “WHITE”. It’s so gorgeous I can’t bring my self to eat it yet..
August 31st, 2011 Getting ready to freeze these paste tomatoes from Sarah and Lisa’s garden.
September 1st, 2011 Picked the first of this year’s beets and carrots from the front yard. Then they roasted with olive oil at 425 for almost an hour. Once cooked they were tossed with mint, also from the front yard garden and some fresh Monteforte sheep cheese. We’ll be eating this often in the next 2 months.
September 2nd, 2011 This week has been particularly exhausting.

Okay, I have to say the same thing as everyone else, that couch picture is just too cute! It almost looks staged, great photo opportunity. Love the pictures of all the food, nom nom.
