Wordless Wednesday: Quinoa & Beet Salad

July 20, 2011 by admin

This isn’t a recipe because its so easy you don’t need one.

Boil up some beets, the more colours the better. Peel and chop them up.

Add them to some quinao and a can of chickpeas with a little dressing, what ever you have in the fridge is just perfect.

delicious! and as it sits the quinoa will turn pink!
